Diploma Verification & Transcript Requests
The District is pleased to announce a new and improved process for submitting records requests to the Springfield City School District. Beginning June 9, 2025, all requests for student records, transcripts, graduation verifications, and other educational documents must be submitted through our secure online portal, ScribOrder.
This system has been implemented to streamline the request process, improve response time, and ensure the protection of student information in accordance with state and federal laws.
How to Submit a Request:
To submit a request, please visit our new records request portal at:
springfieldoh.scriborder.com
From there, you will be able to:
Submit requests for student records
Track the status of your request
Receive records electronically or by mail
Important Notes:
Requests will no longer be accepted via phone, email, or in-person drop-offs.
Processing fees may apply depending on the type of request.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Record transfer requests from K–12 school districts will be fulfilled between August 1 and May 31.
