The 8th grade volleyball team went 1-1 in their tri-match this morning, with a victory over Urbana and coming up short to KR. 7th grade fought hard, but went 0-2 on the day.

7th Grade Volleyball went 1-1 in their scrimmage against Marysville. The 8th grade team had an exciting match, but barely lost both sets. The Wildcats travel to Greenon on Wednesday for another scrimmage!
Middle School Volleyball tryouts begin today! 4-6 PM at Roosevelt. Day 2 of tryouts will be Saturday (Aug. 2) from 4-6 PM at Roosevelt. Athletes MUST have a current physical in order to try out.

Middle School Volleyball held an 'Olympics' competition last week! 🏅 Every day, the girls had new challenges to earn their team points. Our winners were the Red Team (Rylee, Avery, Madi, Layla & Blayke)! They received their championship medals and other prizes today.

Several players had awesome performances, including Chloe Robinette (5 digs, 2 assists & 2 kills), Harper Thompson (4 digs & 3 kills), Blayke Steinberger (4 digs), Kyili Craig (2 digs, 2 assists & 2 aces), Emma Dillon (3 digs) & Lacie Jessee (1 assist, 1 kill and perfect serve receive).

For the 8th grade team, Chloe Robinette had 10 aces, Kyili Craig helped out with 5 assists, and the front row powerhouse of Nyah Khasib, Harper Thompson, Kyili and Jae'Lyn Newby combined for 13 kills! Several members of the Middle School volleyball team went to cheer on the Wittenberg University Volleyball team this afternoon! 🏐 This was a great opportunity for the girls to see fast-paced and competitive volleyball at a high level.
