The Springfield City School District is proud to announce that Springfield Wildcats' Varsity Softball Coach Marcelino Gutierrez was recently named GWOC Softball Coach of the Year.
This spring was Gutierrez's first year leading the Wildcats.
Several softball players were also named to the All-Conference Team: Caelyn Cave, Brianna Jones, Ja'Lynee Thomas & Jazzdyn Frock.
