We have had a fun week here at Schaefer! Wednesday our Legacy Club gave a presentation to some community members to hopefully raise funds for a block party at the end of April. We also had a dodgeball tournament for the winning classes from our March madness competition for iReady (pictures will be on the next post) and then today students got to purchase a cup of shaved ice during lunch. Ms Tami and Mrs Connolly served about 121 cups of shaved ice in about 90 mins. Whew!

All activities, practices, games and events will be held as scheduled unless otherwise stated by noon on Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience that this closure may cause.

Happy Friday! Our lighthouse coordinators, Mrs. Connolly and Mrs. Maurice brought in treats for the staff today! Thanks for helping our staff "sharpen their saw".
Also today our students got to go to Wittenberg for the 3rd quarter reward today! They had fun swimming, playing in the gym and in the Steemer! They had so much fun we all forgot to take pictures so ask your student about it!

Happy Pi Day everyone!! The math team here at Schaefer sure has enjoyed our day today! Students in Mrs. Sobie's and Mrs. Courtright's classes have had a fun day learning about circumference and all things round!
