Good morning families! Please see attached flyers about our next student-led conferences on Feb. 27 from 4-7 pm. Families will arrive, go to your student's homeroom class, students will share their progress, and then families can speak with individual teachers as needed. In addition, we have a Black History Extravaganza sponsored by our G.E.M.S. group at the same time. There will be a jambalaya dinner, voting for a door decorating contest, and student stories on display. We look forward to seeing you there! 😃

There is a parent meeting tonight in the SHS cafeteria starting at 6:30 PM. This will be an opportunity to meet the coaches and get the season schedules.

2 HOUR DELAY: Due to slick road and sidewalk conditions in parts of the city, the SCSD will be delayed TWO HOURS on Thursday, February 20. Please note that students will be permitted inside their school buildings 30-minutes prior to the official delayed start time of the school day and that breakfast will not be served.
All activities, practices, games, and events will be held as scheduled, unless otherwise stated.
REMINDER: There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, Feb. 17 (President's Day) or Tuesday, Feb. 18 (Staff Professional Development Day). We will see you back at school on Wednesday!
