Dear SCSD Parents: As the 2024-25 school year draws to an end and we prepare for the 2025-26 year ahead, the Springfield City School District encourages you to keep your child’s records up to date. REGISTRATION: Any student who plans to attend the Springfield City School District as a new enrollee for the 2025-26 school year should visit scsdoh.org for important information. The website will guide you through step-by-step instructions. Required documents to enroll include: Proof of Address, Birth Certificate or Passport, Parent/Guardian ID, Immunization Records, and Custody Documents (if applicable). If you have a current student planning to attend next school year, please remember to update FinalForms with any changes such as address, emergency contacts, etc. WITHDRAWAL: If your student will not be enrolled in the Springfield City School District for the 2025-26 school year, it is important to complete withdrawal paperwork. Please visit your student’s current SCSD building to begin the process. If you have any additional questions after visiting our website and school offices, the District Registration office may be reached at 937-505-2828.
