COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITY: Join the Springfield Partnership for Loving Directions for a 'Neighborfest' this evening from 4:30-6:30 PM at Groceryland on S. Limestone. This free community outreach carnival will feature games for all ages, food, vendors & raffle giveaways.

Wednesday- Neon/ Bright Out (Make everyone need their sunglasses because of the neon you are wearing)
Thursday- Throwback (Pick our favorite era and dress to impress in the style of the decade.)

COMMUNITY EVENT: Promise Fest is this Saturday! Join the Springfield Promise Neighborhood for a carnival-style event complete with raffles, free food (while supplies last), community resources, and this year -- featuring a 'Now Hiring' section for families hoping to find information. Promise Fest will be held from 1-4 PM on Saturday, Sept. 13 at Lincoln Elementary School.

Thank you for joining us at last night's Open House. It was wonderful to see so many returning wildcats and welcome in our new friends.
Reminder-- School begins Monday, August 18th for our 1st-6th graders. Please be mindful, that when using the front loop to drop off your students, buses have priority. For this reason, we strongly encourage parents to use the back loop for drop off purposes. Drop off may begin at 8:00am. Breakfast will be served from 8:00-8:30 and student dismissal is at 3:02pm.
We have a wonderful year planned and are looking forward to amazing growth, great success and that the 2025-2026 school year will be the best one yet!

Heads up, Families! The 2025-2026 school year calendar has been revised to remove the Professional Development Day on April 17, 2026. Students WILL report to school on this day.
Don't forget about the District's Summer Lunch Program! This program provides free lunch for students under the age of 18, Monday-Friday until August 1.
