The Springfield City School District Student Services Department recently received funds through The Ohio Department of Education via the Consolidated Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP). These funds are called Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part B (IDEA-Part B) Funds.
Monies received through IDEA-Part B are used to provide special education services for students with disabilities. The District welcomes the general public, including individuals with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities, to provide input regarding the use of these funds at an upcoming public hearing. The hearing will be held on January 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at The School of Innovation (601 Selma Road, Springfield, Ohio 45505).
