The Summer Lunch Program is back! 🥪 The program provides free lunch for District students under the age of 18, Monday-Friday, starting June 2 running through August 1. Sites will be closed on June 19 for Juneteenth and on July 4 for Independence Day. Locations & Times: • Snowhill Elementary (531 W Harding Rd, Springfield, OH 45504) Lunch: 11:30am-12:30pm • Horace Mann Elementary (521 Mount Joy St, Springfield, OH 45505) Lunch: 11:30am-12:30pm • Ronez (1948 Wilkes Drive, Springfield, OH 45503) Lunch: 1-2pm • Library - Main Branch (201 S. Fountain Avenue, Springfield, OH 45506) Lunch: 1-2pm • Snyder Park - Oval Shelter House (Snyder Park Rd. & US Hwy 40, Springfield, OH 45503) Lunch: 1-2pm • Clark County Police Substation (17 W. Johnny Lytle Avenue, Springfield, OH 45506) Lunch: 1pm-2pm • SHS - Foyer / Outside (701 E. Home Road, Springfield, OH 45503) Lunch: 11am-12pm This program is made possible with the partnership of: Clark County Public Library, Springfield Police Division, and National Trail Parks & Recreation Districts.

Due to a bus driver shortage caused by illness, all schools will be closed on Monday, April 14. All activities, practices, games, and events will be held as scheduled, unless otherwise stated. We apologize for any inconvenience that this closure may cause.

Have an incoming preschool student? Stop by Clark Early Learning Center's Enrollment Fair this Friday and Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM! Schedule academic and medical screenings, tour classrooms, complete the enrollment process with assistance from staff and enjoy food trucks! Clark registration is open to students turning 3 years old by August 1, 2025.

2 HOUR DELAY: Due to slick road and sidewalk conditions in parts of the city, the SCSD will be delayed TWO HOURS on Thursday, February 20. Please note that students will be permitted inside their school buildings 30-minutes prior to the official delayed start time of the school day and that breakfast will not be served. All activities, practices, games, and events will be held as scheduled, unless otherwise stated.

REMINDER: There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, Feb. 17 (President's Day) or Tuesday, Feb. 18 (Staff Professional Development Day). We will see you back at school on Wednesday!

COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITY: Cedarville University Cheerleading is offering a Junior Jackets Cheer Clinic this year! This is a one day clinic on Saturday, February 22 where the Junior Jackets will perform at halftime of the basketball games that afternoon.
