Family Literacy Classes and GED Preparation for Adults

Parents in need of a GED who have at least one child under the age of five are invited to attend family literacy class. 

Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until noon at Clark Early Learning Center.  Adults work on basic skills, prepare for the GED test, and participate in parenting activities. Children are enrolled in an age appropriate Early Childhood Education program.  Child care and transportation support is provided.    

Classes are also offered for adults interested in preparing for the GED test. Daytime and evening hours are available.  Classes are free of charge and enrollment is open.
